The Stormtech Womens Cirrus Bonded Vest is a three-layer H2XTREME® Stretch micro polyester bonded vest with microfleece backing, interior storm placket, zippered pockets with garages for optimal warmth, and comfort in all weather conditions.

H2XTREME® WATERPROOF / BREATHABLE The ultimate in waterproof/ breathable technology developed by STORMTECH, all H2XTREME® products deliver a minimum waterproof and breathable rating of 5,000mm/5,000g/m2 leaving you warm and dry no matter how extreme the climate.

Blake Annable (the company’s Owner, President, and Founder), began designing and manufacturing sports equipment and apparel in Western Canada for specialty retailers and corporate clients.
